iForm Biorisk enables biosafety officers, laboratory managers, and other team members to maintain a safe work environment without the burden of the traditional paper and pencil method.
Zerion Software, Inc. is proud to help ensure safety at any organization– non-profits, universities, and beyond. It is encouraging to see this study as it supports the idea that safety is good business — for corporations, small companies, and organizations around the world.
Emory University has embraced the iForm Mobile Data Collection Platform, with stunning success. With 1500 research labs on campus, who carry out research with safety regulations related to dealing with biological, radiological or chemical hazards. Through their success, the BioRisk & EHS Form Libraries was born. Before iFormBuilder, auditors at Emory University would use a 14-page paper form for inspections and input data at a later point. Now, with the iFormBuilder platform, auditors complete the form in the lab and immediately upload the report to the database. In addition to the ease-of-use, the media capture features allow them to photograph a point of interest, mark up the image, and highlight their concerns. For the biorisk team at Emory University, moving to the iFormBuilder platform was a no-brainer.
The BioRisk & EHS Form Libraries contain forms that follow the Federal Select Agent Program Checklists for:
- Animal BioSafety Levels
- Biosafety Toxins Levels of Biological Origin
- USDA Special Inspection Checklists and more.
